I read, I become

Well a week into October and I'm ready to start curling up by the fire, drinking hot cider, and reading some good books. Every time I go into a book store I get lost in titles and hours slip away from me, all because I can't decide on one book. The solution, I am putting myself up to this reading challenge from Popsugar.

Can you do it?

Hiking like a boss

Just spent the afternoon hiking with none other than ms. Prudence. This trail is great, only 1.5 hours (because we got lost). Not too much uphill (unless you decide to climb the stairs next to the hatchery). What a beautiful day to be in the woods. Enter the beginning of fall...

It's only still summer..bummer

One of my favorite things to look at is fog. I love the way it wraps itself around mountains and rolls over water; the way it rests over sand and passes through trees. It's mysterious and makes me always think of fall and ghosts, and pumpkin spice lattes. But it's only still summer..bummer.
